Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Verify insurance and bill workflows for timely medical billing.
- Communicate with patients over the phone and walk-in traffic. Including processing requests for items such as invoices, patient care records, membership, or legal requests.
- Process returned mail.
- Assist the front desk as needed.
- Data entry.
- Must have a High School diploma/GED.
- Must have intermediate level Microsoft Office.
